Born on the Isle of Wight off the south coast of England, Angela has lived in the United States since 1968, the last eleven of which have been in Eugene, Oregon, where the rain and flora are welcome reminders of “home.” She holds a BA in journalism, a skill that lends itself to many areas of pursuit. After many years in the corporate business world, Angela now divides her time among three areas of creative endeavor:
- General Manager of the Eugene Concert Choir of which she is also a choir member.
- Proprietor of Say It Right, a freelance writing and editing service specializing in the editorial needs of small business and academia.
- Proprietor of Knitwits, an artistic enterprise utilizing a wide array of textured and novelty yarns to create shawls, scarves, hats, headbands, capelets, mini ponchos, fingerless gloves, yarn necklaces and women’s tops.
She is delighted to have discovered the Bernadette Center whose community and educational offerings will, no doubt, further the successes of Say It Right and Knitwits.
